Harvested from bees foraging the wild thyme flowers on the island of Thasos in Northern Greece, this floral and intensely aromatic honey has a delicious aftertaste, which lingers in the mouth. 

This classic Greek honey, full of antioxidants and health boosting properties, can be added to yoghurt, spread on toast, drizzled over roast chicken or used as a natural sweetener in tea. 

As a natural unheated product, this honey may crystallise. Simply warm the jar in a bowl of warm water to bring it to its former glory.
