Harvested from bees foraging the oak trees on Mount Othrys in central Greece, this dark resin honey is wonderfully deep and rich in taste, with sweet and malty afternotes. It is overly rich in antioxidant and antibacterial properties, with high amounts of potassium and magnesium.

Perfect for pairing with cheese, spreading on toast, or as a topping on ice cream and yogurt.
 
As a natural unheated product, this honey may crystallise. Simply warm the jar in a bowl of warm water to bring it to its former glory.
